Build thingsthat matter.

We hire people who want the whole problem, not a ticket. If you like owning something end to end and explaining your reasoning out loud, you will fit here.

Engineering culture

Opinions welcome.
Evidence
required.

Squads are four to nine people and stay together for the length of a project. Code review is mandatory and kind. Architecture decisions get written down, dated and revisited when they stop being true.

We do not measure people on hours or ticket counts. We look at whether the thing you own works, and whether the people around you got better.

Learning

Internal guilds for AI, platform and front end meet fortnightly. Talks are recorded, attendance is not tracked.

Mentoring

Everyone below staff level has a named mentor with time protected in their week for it.
