Trinity Data Solutions started in 2016 with six engineers who were tired of writing decks about software instead of writing software. The shape of the company has not changed much since.

We are about 120 engineers, designers, data scientists and delivery leads across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Amsterdam. There is no offshore tier and no bench being sold as senior. The people in the pitch are the people on the project.
We work with scale-ups that need to grow up fast, and with enterprises that need to move like a scale-up. Both problems come down to the same thing: getting good software into production regularly and safely.

How we work
Three habits, non-negotiable
- Together, not adjacent
- Your engineers sit in our standups and ours sit in yours. Shared repo, shared board, shared on-call.
- Decisions in writing
- Every architectural call gets a one-page record: the options, the trade-off, the date. It ages well.
- Demo over status
- Fridays are for running software. If there is nothing to show, that is the status.
